Shipping Options

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more to all states except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is not available on custom, sale and/or large products.

Ground and 2-Day shipping via Fedex or USPS is offered and quoted directly as calculated based on weight and destination. 

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping site-wide.

Purchases of product through MelroseInc.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Melrose Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing Melrose Inc. to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

PO boxes:  Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

If you order two or more different items, you can choose separate shipping addresses and shipping methods (Standard, Two Day, One Day or Same Day) for each. During checkout, specify the shipping address and method for each item.

If you want to ship multiple quantities of the same item to separate shipping addresses, you'll need to place separate orders.

Most items on MelroseInc.com can be shipped to Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Standard shipping is the only option available for APO or FPO addresses. Shipping to an APO or FPO address may be limited or restricted. The following items do not qualify:

• Scheduled delivery items, such as large appliances
• Large or heavy items
• Items containing hazardous materials, such as lithium batteries
• Items or item categories not allowed due to USPS restrictions

If an item cannot be shipped to an APO or FPO address, we'll let you know after you have entered the shipping information.

Some items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 business days. However, most orders take up to 14 business days. Orders containing older movies and music titles may take up to 30 business days.

To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.

• For Army, Navy and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number.
• For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number.
• For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.

• Enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).

• Enter APO or FPO.
• Note: We cannot ship to city codes other than APO or FPO for military shipments.

• AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
• AP – Armed Forces Pacific

• Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9.

• We suggest entering the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside. Our system does not accept international numbers.
